This workout is designed to improve, Posture, balance, strength. stretch, mobility, precision and control
This class will consist of Body Barre and Pilates combined.
Its a Low Impact workout, working with isotonic and isomectric movements.
We use a wooden barre to perform each exercise, quick and slow movements to increase bone density
it also brings the inner dancer to the floor.
You will need to bring a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a bottle of water.
