Berkshire Trail Runners

We meet every Sunday morning and most Friday evenings for an easy paced run through the trails of Swinley forest. ​Our runs comprise of 5k and 10k options over a variety of undulating tree lined trails within the forest.

Both our 5k & 10k runs include occasional catch up stops, often at the top of the hills to allow everyone to catch a breath and to ensure we stay together as a group. Faster runners are free to run ahead and loop back to rejoin the groups as they wish.

Within our group we have runners of all abilities, ranging from 5 km casual runners to experienced trail runners. You will find the group relaxed, fun and supportive whatever your ability, with our core group of regulars always on hand to offer advice and support. Every run will led by one of our experienced run leaders.
