Braccan Walk Youth Centre

Braccan Walk Youth Centre is set in the heart of the town centre, close to the train/bus station. While we are in the town centre, we welcome young people from anywhere across Bracknell. Sessions are provided from the youth centre, schools, at other local community sites and through detached youth work. We are able to support all young people aged 11-19

The youth centre provides activities, support, and information to young people and their families through case work and group sessions. The youth centre offer is extensive and includes; promoting positive mental health and emotional well-being, support for young people and related activities, information and advice on a range of topics, universal and targeted youth work sessions, sexual health clinics,  LGBT support, young carers support and information, youth participation, member of the youth parliament, youth council, college drop in support. The centre is also used by other services supporting young people this includes Children Looked After, Leaving Care Team, Elevate and the Youth Justice Team.
