Silwood Park Karate
We are a family-run, family-orientated club. Our classes are taught by Sensei Daniel Rose and Sensei Gillian Rose who are qualified teachers, certified Karate Instructors, DBS, First Aid trained. Lessons for 4 years old up, with over 50s lessons, lessons for juniors and adults with special needs. Our aim is to develop confidence, discipline, determination and resilience in our students. We also a range of related services including martial art displays, self defence courses, exercise to music, boot camps and Karate Parties!

Tuesday and Wednesday 18:00-21:00. 4 week free trial (prices are different on ages and sessions but £22.50 a month for juniors and £25 a month for adults. Family discounts and frequent training discounts available.
