Preparing to be a Dad course
This half-day course is a fun, informative, practical and hands-on class for dads-to-be, delivered by male facilitators. Dads will understand the importance of their role pre and post pregnancy, including preparing for baby’s arrival.
This course discusses Dad’s mental health and wellbeing, as well as helping Dad to master practical skills like ‘holding baby’, ‘changing nappies’ and ‘bathing baby’. Dads will meet other expectant fathers, tackle concerns, share ideas and ask questions, to discover what kind of father they’d like to be.
