Pilates strikes a fantastic balance between building strength and flexibility! Regular practice will also rebalance the body, correct alignment issues, improve posture and relieve stress. Our classes are kept intentionally small allowing your teacher to closely supervise your movement. Exercises are taught step-by-step and adapted for individuals when needed, making this form of exercise suitable for everyone. Jenna has qualified with Body Control Pilates, Europe's largest professional Pilates organisation. Level 3 Body Control Pilates Teacher Level 4 Low Back Pain.

Private sessions are also available at your home. A private session is recommended for beginners or those recovering from injury.

Jenna has a diploma in exercise referral and is happy to work alongside your medical professional where needed. Although classes are mixed ability, a 1:1 session is required for absolute beginners or those with minor injury (eg back, neck, hip, shoulder issues). An enrolment form must be completed ahead of your class and as spaces are limited all classes are booked in advance.
