Singing for Lung Health
We use weekly singing sessions to help any participants with chronic lung disease better self-manage their conditions by correcting postural tension, developing better breathing strategies, building stamina. We also have fun and give opportunity to meet people with similar conditions We are affiliated with the British Lung Foundation and are specially trained.

Thursday 12:30-13:30
with tea/coffee/biscuits and a socialise from midday. Participants are asked for a voluntary suggested donation of £4 a session but it is not policed and we as an organisation will cover any shortfall should people not be able to afford it
there is just a tin by the tea and coffee!
