Women's Wellness Yoga 50+

Aimed at women in their late forties, fifties and beyond, who are looking for a fun and varied class that still offers a bit of challenge, helping you to feel and move better. Some experience of yoga or pilates will be beneficial but not essential.

Offering a blend of yoga and strengthening yogalates to promote and enhance women’s overall health and well-being.
Classes include:
• Flowing yoga sequences.
• Exercises to increase strength, stability and function of the core, pelvic floor and supporting muscles.
• Learning how to engage your core in the most effective way (safe for those healing from core and pelvic floor issues).
• Nurturing practices to ease tension and calm the nervous system, supporting well-being.
• Relaxation to reduce stress.
