Mothers that get out with coffee

Its tough being a mum and getting time to look after yourself. Motherhood can easily become isolating. 

Even something as simple as getting enough Vitamin D (30mins sunshine on your arms and legs every day) can be a challenge.

But its not so much fun doing activities on your own, and not everyone has a support network.

So come along and join other mums get fit, have fun outside. 

All activities are family friendly, and so we try and encourage you to let them join in.

I also make sure that all the activities include all the kit hire and also include a free cup of tea or coffee and a space to chat, so mums can sit down and have a natter.

Activities never cost more then £5

Kayak and Coffee £5 10am and 11am on Tuesdays and Friday at Horse shoe lake
Paddle Boarding and Coffee £5 10am and 11am on Tuesdays and Friday at Horse shoe lake
Outdoor HIIT and Coffee £5 10am and 11am on Tuesdays and Friday at Horse shoe lake
Zumba Fitness and Coffee 09:30am at the scout hut by Frogmore Leisure centre

We are currently looking at adding shooting, rock climbing and cycling to the list too
