Free Care Home Advice Line

Chosen with Care is an independent Care Home Finder.  We work for families to find the most appropriate care home that suits their individual needs whether its respite, residential, nursing or end of life.  We do not take a referral fee or commission from care homes.

We offer two levels of service;

A free Care Home Advice Line.  We advise all who need support or advice in finding the right care home option and will give them the tools to make sure they research care homes effectively.  We put together a "Care Summary" of what has been discussed and send this out along with a standard “What questions to ask a Care Home” and a Free Care Home Advice Line "5 Step Guide".  This information and support allows people to go ahead with the knowledge and backing that they need to make their own search for the right type of care or home.

 Secondly, we offer a “Paid For Bespoke Search Service” whereby we, in effect, do the leg work for the family.  We become part of that family and ensure that we tick the right boxes and every option is explored as if they were our parent/s, brother or sister  Even with all the help and documentation we provided via the Free Care Home Advice Line, the care community and multitude of options can still seem very daunting.  Therefore, we will research the care homes online and then speak to each appropriate care home about the individual’s bespoke needs.  Typically we begin with around 50 care homes and provide a short list Care Home Report with 6 homes that best match their requirements.  The Care Home Report is quite in-depth and typically runs at about 24 pages.
