Krupa Day Services

The Indian Community Association Bracknell (ICAB) runs Krupa Day Services, a monthly meet-up for pensioners at Martins Heron and The Warren Community Centre.

The services aim to improve the quality of life for older people from the Indian community.  At the same time they also want other communities, like the Nepaleses, to benefit from their endeavours.

With the dedication and resourcefulness of enthusiastic volunteers, we are delighted to set up Krupa Day Services.  'Krupa' is the Hindi word for compassion, a quality abundant in the many volunteers supporting this initiative.

We all hope it will improve the quality of life for the Indian elderly.  At the same time we also want other communities, like the Nepalese, to benefit from our endeavours.

The day service will meet from 11.30am to 1.30pm on the first Sunday of each month at the centre, with activities and a vegerarian meal for a minmal fee.  If you would like more information:  Tel 01344 305 891
