Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Course
Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing groups are facilitated in a peer-mentoring style and provide tools for self-management to help individuals to invest in their own wellbeing. Topics explored by the group will be: honesty, anxiety, depression, shame, anger, disappointment and loss, perfectionism, forgiveness, self-acceptance, healthy relationships and resilience.
12 week course running twice a year by Kerith Revive Team at Kerith Community Church
